Before launching this blog, I was asked why. Why did I want to start a blog? The answer was an easy one, and one that I’ve thought about for a very long time.
I want to tell the stories that don’t often get told; the stories behind the people and businesses that are keeping our local communities alive and vibrant.
So, given that this will be filled with many short stories, I thought it was only fitting that I start with mine.
